To provide a construction method of a fire resistant member and a fire resistant member which can secure integration of fire resistant paints and a fire resistance even when a fire resistant paint is constructed at a factory and then a fire resistant paint is recoated at a site.SOLUTION: In a construction method of a fire resistant member 10, on a part of a steel material 12 surface, after constructing a foaming fire resistant paint 14 foaming at a prescribed temperature when heated and making it dried to be hardened, by additionally coating a fire resistant paint 16 adjacently to the dried and hardened fire resistant paint 14, the fire resistant paints 14, 16 are constituted of a paint containing a polyether-base resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】耐火塗料を工場施工した後に、さらに現場で耐火塗料を塗り重ねしても耐火塗料の一体性が確保され、耐火性能も確保することができる耐火部材の施工方法および耐火部材を提供する。【解決手段】鋼材１２の表面の一部に、加熱により所定の発泡温度で発泡する発泡性の耐火塗料１４を施工して乾燥硬化させた後、乾燥硬化した耐火塗料１４の隣に耐火塗料１６を塗り継ぐことによって耐火部材１０を施工する方法において、耐火塗料１４、１６が、ポリエーテル系樹脂を含む塗料により構成されるようにする。【選択図】図１
