To provide a fire resistant device, a fire resistant method, a fire resistant structure, and an insertion jig of a fire resistant device which block a gap formed between a deck plate and a wall member to improve fireproof property.SOLUTION: Two fire resistant plates 110 comprising high density incombustible material with a thickness capable of bending and deforming a flat surface, blocks one side opening and the other side opening of a gap formed between a deck plate and a partition wall 30 or a runner 40 that are wall members.
