To provide an automatic door device, a voice guidance device, a guidance system and a guidance method having excellent convenience thanks to multilingual guidance.SOLUTION: An automatic door device comprises: a loudspeaker that audibly outputs an operation guide message for announcing an operation required to select a specific language from among a plurality of languages to a user of a private room in which the automatic door is installed; a storage unit for storing correspondence information that associates the specific language with the user's operation in advance; an opening/closing button for detecting the user's operation; and a voice controlling unit that makes the loudspeaker output the guide message in the specific language depending on the detection result of the opening/closing button and the correspondence information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
