To easily change an energy absorbing member.SOLUTION: In a pile head joint structure for joining a foundation 3 of an upper structure with a main pile 2, a connection portion of the foundation 3 and the main pile 2 is joined by a semi-rigid joining which partially allows rotation of the foundation 3. The pile head joint structure comprises: an outer pipe pile 4 disposed coaxially with the main pile 2 so as to surround the main pile 2; a flat plate energy absorbing member 5 connected to a radially outer side of the outer pipe pile 4; and a ring-shaped receiving member 6 fastened to the foundation 3 and connecting the flat plate energy absorbing member 5 to the foundation 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
