To provide a cutter base which can cut wall paper straight without using a straight ruler during work of putting up a joint of the wall paper.SOLUTION: A guide base 1 and an attachment base 10, to which a cutter holder 3 is fixedly attached, are movably connected by a shaft 18 and a hole 4 leading from an upper part to a bottom surface is provided at the guide base to enable a tip of a cutter blade 2 provided at the cutter holder to protrude farther than the bottom surface. A roller 5 which presses wall paper, eliminates friction resistance between the wall paper and the guide base when the cutter blade is moved in a cutting direction, and rotates in the cutting direction is provided near the hole. A roller 6 which is similar to the roller is provided at a position slightly spaced apart from the roller.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】壁紙のジョイント施工時、直定規を使用しなくとも真っ直ぐ切れるカッター台を提供する。【解決手段】誘導台１と、カッターホルダー３を取り付け固定できる取り付け台１０をシャフト１８で可動的に接続し、誘導台に上部から底面に通じる穴４を設け、底面よりカッターホルダーに設けたカッター刃２の先端を突出出来るようにする。その穴のそばに壁紙を押さえ、かつカッター刃を切断方向に移動する時に壁紙と誘導台との摩擦抵抗をなくし、切断方向に回転するローラー５を設ける。さらに少し間隔を空けた所に、前記ローラー同様のローラー６を設ける。【選択図】図１
