ASEISMATIC REINFORCEMENT STRUCTURE OF EXISTING BUILDING
To properly perform aseismatic reinforcement of an existing building without causing prolongation of a construction period and increase of cost even when an existing slab is a void slab.SOLUTION: In an aseismatic reinforcement structure of an existing building for performing aseismatic reinforcement by forming a through-hole 3C in an existing slab 3 positioned between aseismatic reinforcement members 5 of reinforced concrete construction added to upper and lower floors and joining the aseismatic reinforcement members 5 of the upper and lower floors through the through-hole 3C by joining means 8, the existing slab 3 is a void slab, and a forming place of the through-hole 3C is set to a void forming place of the void slab.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】既存スラブがボイドスラブである場合においても、工期の長期化やコストの高騰などを招くことなく、既存建物の耐震補強を適正に行えるようにする。【解決手段】上下階に増設される鉄筋コンクリート造の耐震補強部材5の間に位置する既存スラブ3に貫通孔3Cを形成し、当該貫通孔3Cを通じて上下階の耐震補強部材5を接合手段8にて接合して耐震補強する既存建物の耐震補強構造において、既存スラブ3がボイドスラブであり、貫通孔3Cの形成箇所がボイドスラブのボイド形成箇所に設定されている。【選択図】図1
