To provide a joint member capable of transmitting shear force and bending moment between a concrete member and a plate material.SOLUTION: A joint member 5 for fixing a panel to a surface of a concrete member comprises: a base plate part 51 formed with an insertion hole 53 for inserting a screw screwed to the panel; and a fixing plate part 52 extending from the base plate part 51 toward a reinforcing-bar of the concrete member and embedded in the concrete member.
