VENTILATION MEMBER FOR BUILDING
To provide a ventilation member for a building providing high waterproofness as well as allowing its price to be cheaper according to the level of required waterproofness through draining member arrangement as necessary.SOLUTION: A ventilation member A for a building installed on a ceiling brought outward from an outer wall 102 of the building is provided with: a first case member 5 and a second case member 6 arranged on the ceiling, the second case member 6 including a ventilation hole 6c1 communicating the inner space of the building to outer air; and a drain member 7 that is provided in the second case member 6 and has a protruding piece 7d protruding downward from the ventilation hole 6c1 between the outer wall 102 and the ventilation hole 6c1. The drain member 7 can be separated from the first case member and the second case member 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】必要に応じて水切り部材を設けることにより、高い防水性を具えると共に、求められる防水性の度合いに応じて安価にすること。【解決手段】建物の外壁１０２から外方に持ち出される天井に設置される建物用換気部材Ａは、建物の内部を外気に連通する換気穴６ｃ１を備え、天井に設けられる第１のケース部材５及び第２のケース部材６と、外壁１０２と換気穴６ｃ１との間において換気穴６ｃ１よりも下方に突出する突出片７ｄを備え、第２のケース部材６に設けられる水切り部材７と、を有する。水切り部材７は、第１のケース部材及び第２のケース部材６と分離可能である。【選択図】図１
