To provide a solar panel mounting structure that can be installed without making holes in roof material even when a roof is covered with a material that does not attract magnets, demonstrates a stable panel holding function and is excellent in cleaning workability and maintainability after construction.SOLUTION: A solar panel mounting structure 100 includes a fixing member 12 fixed on a roofing material 11 of a roof 10 covered with a material that does not attract magnets, a solar panel 14 rotatably held by the fixing member 12 via an insertion/removal hinge 13, a reinforcing member 15 made of a magnetic material fixed to the roofing material 11, magnet type locking means 20 provided between the solar panel 14 and the reinforcing member 15 in order to detachably fix the solar panel 14 to the reinforcing member 15, and a rod member 17 that prevents the magnet type locking means 20 attracted to the reinforcing member 15 from moving in the insertion/removal direction of the insertion/removal hinge 13 to separate the insertion/removal hinge 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
