To provide a dynamic vibration absorbing device which is configurable inexpensive and simple.SOLUTION: A dynamic vibration absorbing device 1 comprises a support part 3 which is installed in a structure 2, and a pendulum part 4 which is suspended from the support part 3 and performs pendulum motion, and vibration of the structure 2 is reduced by synchronizing a natural period of the pendulum motion of the pendulum part 4 with a natural period of the structure 2. In the dynamic vibration absorbing device, the pendulum part 4 includes a weight 5 and suspending materials 6 connecting the support part 3 with the weight 5. The suspending materials 6 include: a first suspending material 61 which is connected to the support part 3 rotatably around a first axis 71a extending in a first horizontal direction; and a lower suspending material 62 which is connected to the upper suspending material 61 rotatably around a second axis 72a extending in a second horizontal direction crossing the first horizontal direction and to which the weight 5 is connected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
