To easily create a reinforcement work model in consideration of storing of reinforcing bars.SOLUTION: A reinforcement work model creation device 100 comprises: a structural analysis model acquisition part 110 for acquiring a structural analysis model M10 containing required amount of reinforcing bars of a reinforced concrete building or structural members of the building; a reinforcing bar information acquisition part 112 for acquiring reinforcing bar information D10 in which positional information of reinforcing bars in consideration of storing in the building or the structural members is recorded in a text format; and a model creation part 114 for creating a reinforcement work model M20 in consideration of storing of the reinforcing bars from the structural analysis model M10 and the reinforcing bar information D10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
