FOUNDATION FOOTING STRENGTHENING METHOD FOR EXISTING BRIDGE PIER
To provide an earthquake strengthening method for the foundation footing 2 of an existing bridge pier 1.SOLUTION: The foundation footing strengthening method comprises steps of: excavating ground around an existing bridge pier 1 to expose the upper face 2a of a foundation footing 2 (step a); installing anchor bars 4 to a bridge pier side face 1a and the upper face 2a of the foundation footing exposed by excavation, respectively (step b); and casting concrete in place in at least haunch state by winding the anchor bars 4 in the bridge pier side face 1a and the foundation footing upper face 2a to construct a strengthened structure (haunch concrete) 5 (step c). Or, a steel-made strengthened structure is used. Then, the excavated part is backfilled to cover the strengthened structure 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 既設橋脚1の基礎フーチング2を耐震補強する。【解決手段】 既設橋脚1の周囲の地盤を基礎フーチング2の上面2aが露出するまで掘削する(工程a)。前記掘削により露出させた橋脚側面1a及び基礎フーチング上面2aにそれぞれアンカー筋4を設置する(工程b)。前記橋脚側面1a及び前記基礎フーチング上面2aに前記アンカー筋4を巻込んで、少なくともハンチ状にコンクリートを場所打ちし、補強構造体(ハンチコンクリート)5を構築する(工程c)。あるいは、鋼製の補強構造体を用いる。そして、前記補強構造体5を覆うように、前記掘削した箇所を埋戻す。【選択図】 図1
