To provide a screen fastening mechanism capable of suppressing releasing of a closed state caused by turning-up of a screen of an opening/closing device during a fire and ordinary time, and the opening/closing device having the mechanism.SOLUTION: A fastening mechanism 12 for a screen 5, which maintains a closed state realized by the vertically movable screen 5, comprises: a base member 13 provided to the lower end of the screen 5; and a latch member 14 rotatably provided to the base member 13. In the latch member 14, a lever is formed so as to extend in a direction away from the rotational axis direction of rotation of the latch member 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
