SPACER FOR MULTI-LAYERED FACE MATERIAL AND MULTI-LAYERED FACE MATERIAL
To connect end parts of spacer members of double glazing to each other so as to obtain required connection strength while using a connection member made of resin.SOLUTION: A spacer (4) for a double glazing (1) includes: spacer members (11) whose end parts (11a) are abutted on each other at end faces and which extend in a cylindrical shape; and a resin-made connecting member (12) which connects the abutted end parts of the spacer members in a state of being housed inside the spacer members. The spacer members cooperate to form the cylindrical shape and includes a resin spacer piece (20) and a metal spacer piece (30) which form a part of the cylindrical shape in a circumferential direction. The metal spacer pieces are equipped with stacking marks (31c) which are dented by stacking on surfaces of their end portions, and the connection members are equipped with transfer marks (45c) which are dented and overlap the stacking marks in a state where the dents are transferred to the stacking marks. If the connecting member has stripes (45a), the width of the stripes can be widened by stacking, thus improving the connection strength.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】樹脂製の接続部材を用いた上で、必要とする接続強度が得られるように複層ガラスのスペーサ部材の端部同士を接続する。【解決手段】複層ガラス(1)用スペーサ(4)は、端部(11a)同士を端面において突き合わせると共に筒状に延びるスペーサ部材(11)と、スペーサ部材の突き合わせた端部同士をその内部に収容された状態で接続する樹脂製の接続部材(12)を備える。スペーサ部材は、協働して筒状を形成すると共に互いに筒状の周方向の一部を形成する樹脂スペーサ片(20)と金属スペーサ片(30)とを備える。金属スペーサ片はその端部同士の表面にかしめによって凹んだかしめ跡部(31c)を備え、接続部材はかしめ跡部に対しその凹みが転写された状態に凹んで重なる転写跡部(45c)を備える。接続部材に筋部(45a)があれば、かしめて筋部の幅を広げられるので、接続強度が向上する。【選択図】 図1
