DECK PLATE WITH REINFORCEMENT
To provide a deck plate with reinforcement which can make the underside of a metallic base nice-looking and which can make the underside of the metallic base exposed to the inside of a building structure a nice-looking ceiling plane as it is.SOLUTION: A deck plate 10A with reinforcement that is used for construction of a ceiling slab comprises: a metallic base 11 with a specified area having both side edge parts 16 extending in a longitudinal direction and both end edge parts 17 extending in a width direction; at least one reinforcement truss 13 installed and fixed to a top face 12 of the metallic base 11 and positioned between both end edge parts 17 of the metallic base 11 and extending in a longitudinal direction; and a ceiling finishing material 15 which is joined to the side of an underside 14 exposed to the inside of a building structure in the metallic base 11, by predetermined joining means and which forms a ceiling plane of the building structure. The ceiling finishing material 15 is at least one of a cloth with a specified area extending flatly in longitudinal and width directions, plywood with a specified area extending flatly in longitudinal and width directions and a siding material with a specified area extending flatly in longitudinal and width directions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】金属ベースの下面の側の見場をよくすることができ、建造物の内側に露出する金属ベースの下面をそのまま見場のよい天井面にすることができる鉄筋付きデッキプレートを提供する。【解決手段】天井スラブの構築に使用する鉄筋付きデッキプレート10Aは、前後方向へ延びる両側縁部16及び幅方向へ延びる両端縁部17を有する所定面積の金属ベース11と、金属ベース11の上面12に設置、固定され、金属ベース11の両端縁部17の間に位置して前後方向へ延びる少なくとも1つの鉄筋トラス13と、金属ベース11の建造物の内側に露出する下面14の側に所定の接合手段によって接合されて建造物の天井面を形成する天井仕上材15とを備えている。天井仕上材15は、前後方向及び幅方向へ平坦に延びる所定面積のクロス、前後方向及び幅方向へ平坦に延びる所定面積の合板、前後方向及び幅方向へ平坦に延びる所定面積のサイディング材のうちの少なくとも1つである。【選択図】図1
