To provide a joint structure of a steel structural material and a wood plate material, which allows a wooden earthquake-resistant wall to be easily provided on the wall surface of a steel frame structure.SOLUTION: The joint structure includes a wood plate material having a predetermined width, a steel structural material that joins to the surface of the wood plate material and extends in the width direction of the wood plate material, and a fixing member that fixes the steel structural material to the wood plate material. The steel structural material includes a pair of contact surface portions that are separated from each other in the length direction of the wood plate material and come into contact with the wood plate material and are fixed by the fixing member, a structural portion disposed between the pair of contact surface portions, and a joint portion for connecting the contact surface portion and the structural portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
