UPPER END JOINT DEVICE, UPPER END JOINT STRUCTURE USING THE SAME, AND UPPER END JOINTING METHOD
To provide an upper end joint device allowing jointing of the upper end of a panel body dispensing with complicated work to the panel body, an upper end joint structure, and an upper end jointing method.SOLUTION: An upper end joint device 1 joints the upper end 7 of a vertically long wooden panel body 6 to a horizontal member 4. The device has: a first joint metal 10 having a fixed board-like part 11 fixed to the horizontal material by a fixing tool 29 along an undersurface 4a of the horizontal material, and a connection board -like part 13 projected downward from the fixed board-like part and having an insertion hole for inserting a connection tool 31 to penetrate in the wall thickness direction; and a second joint metal 15 having a fixed board-like part 16 fixed to the panel body by the fixing tool along the bottom surface 8a of a receiving recessed part 8 opened upward at an upper end of the panel body and notch-likely provided to penetrate in the thickness direction, and a connection board-like part 18 projected upward from the fixed board-like part and provided at a position where the insertion hole penetrating in the wall thickness direction matches the insertion hole of the first joint metal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】パネル体に対して複雑な加工を要することなくパネル体の上端を横架材に接合し得る上端接合装置、上端接合構造、上端接合方法を提供する。【解決手段】上下方向に長尺な木製のパネル体６の上端７を横架材４に接合する上端接合装置１であって、横架材の下面４ａに沿わせられて固着具２９によって横架材に固定される固定板状部１１及び固定板状部から下方側に向けて突出し、壁厚方向に貫通するように連結具３１が挿通される挿通孔が設けられた連結板状部１３を有した第１接合金具１０と、パネル体の上端に上方側に向けて開口し厚さ方向に貫通するように切欠状に設けられた受入凹所８の底面８ａに沿わせられて固着具によってパネル体に固定される固定板状部１６及び固定板状部から上方側に向けて突出し、壁厚方向に貫通する挿通孔が第１接合金具の挿通孔と整合する位置となるように設けられた連結板状部１８を有した第２接合金具１５と、を備えている。【選択図】図１
