To provide an electric actuator capable of allowing a user at a low place to easily perform a manual close operation of a wing door .SOLUTION: An electric actuator is provided to a vehicle including a box-shaped luggage compartment so as to open/close a wing door of the luggage compartment by driving a screw shaft 28 forward and backward. The electric actuator includes: a motor 25 as a drive source that drives the screw shaft 28 forward and backward; a brake mechanism 41 that gives a braking force to a rotor pipe 31 of the motor 25; and an operation wire for releasing the braking applied to the rotor pipe 31 by the brake mechanism 41.
