To provide a rail fixing member that can keep a rail fixed to a girder even when a distance from the rail to an end edge of a top plate of the girder is short.SOLUTION: There is provided a member that fixes a rail R, which is installed on an upper surface of a top plate GP of a girder, to the top plate GP of the girder, comprising: a connecting member 10 attached to an end of the top plate GP of the girder; and a shaft member 20 for connecting the connecting member 10 to a belly RU of the rail R. The connecting member 10 is equipped with a shaft member connecting part 15 to which the shaft member 20 is connected, and has an engagement groove formed on one end face that is recessed from the one end face. The engagement groove 11h is formed at a height that can hold between a bottom RB of the rail R and the top plate GP of the girder, and its depth is longer than a distance from an end of the bottom RB of the rail R to an end edge of the top plate GP of the girder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
