METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING NON-COMBUSTIBLE INTERIOR WALL MATERIAL, AND BASE MATERIAL FOR USE THEREWITH
To provide a method for manufacturing a non-combustible interior wall material that can meet the requirements for a wide variety of products in small lots, and a base material for use therewith.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a non-combustible interior wall material includes the steps of: supplying a base material 1, which is a common material for interior wall materials, equipped with a sealer layer 3 formed by a water-based sealer to adhere a resinous decorative film 4 to a surface of a calcium silicate plate 2 as a product before the decorative film 4 is adhered; and finishing the material into an interior wall material by adhering any decorative film 4 on the sealer layer 3 by an interior wall material manufacturer who obtains the base material 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】多品種小ロットの要求に応えることができる、不燃性内壁材の製造方法、及び、それに用いる下地基材を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】ケイ酸カルシウム板2の表面に、樹脂製化粧フィルム4を粘着するための、水性シーラーで形成されるシーラー層3を備えた、内壁材の共通素材である下地基材1を、化粧フィルム4を粘着する前の状態で商品として供給する工程と、下地基材1を入手した内壁材製造者が、シーラー層3上に任意の化粧フィルム4を粘着して内壁材に仕上げる工程とから成る不燃性内壁材の製造方法である。【選択図】図1
