To provide a maintenance method using a hanging chain clamp that can significantly shorten the construction period.SOLUTION: After attaching one clamp 11 to the blasted part using a clamp set 1 including one hanging chain 41, an annular member 31 attached to the hanging chain 41, and a pair of hanging chain clamps 11 and 12 attached to the annular member 31, the other attached clamp 12 is removed, and the exposed portion N2 is blasted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
