BRAZING METHOD
To provide a highly productive and industrially usable brazing method that can prevent cracking due to residual stress even with short-time cooling at the time when a carbon fiber reinforced carbon composite material is brazed to a metal material.SOLUTION: A brazing method comprises: a brazing part placement step S1 in which a plurality of brazing parts made of brazing material are placed along the top surface of a metal material; an intermediate part preparation step S2 in which an intermediate part is prepared by placing a carbon fiber reinforced carbon composite material so that it contacts with the brazing part; and a brazing step S3 in which the intermediate part is heated and then cooled to harden the molten brazing part, thereby brazing the metal material and the carbon fiber reinforced carbon composite material. In the brazing part placement step S1, a plurality of brazing parts are placed along the top surface of the metal material so that spaces are formed between the brazing parts. In the brazing process S3, the intermediate carbon fiber-reinforced carbon composite is selectively heated so that the space between the hardened brazing parts remains.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】炭素繊維強化炭素複合材料と金属材料とのロウ付けの際、短時間の冷却でも、残留応力によるクラックの発生を防止できる生産性が高く、工業的に利用可能なロウ付け方法を提供する。【解決手段】ロウ付け方法は、金属材料の上面に沿ってロウ材からなるロウ材部を複数配置するロウ材部配置工程S1と、ロウ材部に当接するように炭素繊維強化炭素複合材料を配置して中間体を作製する中間体作製工程S2と、中間体を加熱し、その後、冷却して溶融したロウ材部を硬化させ、金属材料と炭素繊維強化炭素複合材料とをロウ付けするロウ付け工程S3と、を含み、ロウ材部配置工程S1は、金属材料の上面に沿ってロウ材部間に空間部が形成されるように複数のロウ材部を配置し、ロウ付け工程S3は、硬化したロウ材部間に空間部が残るように、中間体の炭素繊維強化炭素複合材料を選択的に加熱する。【選択図】図1
