To provide a submarine ground improvement system that enables construction in a short period of time and at low cost.SOLUTION: A submarine ground improvement device has a casing 32 that allows the submarine ground to be taken into it, a drilling, agitating and mixing blade 35 that can be raised and lowered inside the casing 32 to unravel the submarine ground taken into the casing in the process of press-filling the casing 32, and to agitate and mix the submarine ground and the improvement material, and a material supply channel 25 for supplying the improvement material toward the drilling, agitating and mixing blade 35 in the casing 32, with a discharge port 26 of the improvement material above the drilling, agitating and mixing blade 35.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】短工期・低コストでの施工を可能にする水底地盤改良装置を提供する。【解決手段】水底地盤改良装置は、水底地盤を内側に取り込むことが可能なケーシング32と、ケーシング32の内側で昇降可能に設けられ、ケーシング32を圧入する過程で当該ケーシング内に取り込まれた水底地盤を解きほぐし、水底地盤と改良材を攪拌混合するための掘削兼攪拌混合翼35と、掘削兼攪拌混合翼35の上方に前記改良材の排出口26を有し、ケーシング32内の掘削兼攪拌混合翼35に向けて前記改良材を供給するための材料供給路25を有する。【選択図】図2
