ELECTRIC ARCUATE DOOR DEVICE AND ASSEMBLING METHOD THEREOF
To provide an electric arcuate door device including: a guide rail 7 that guides the movement of an arc trajectory; an arc-shaped hanger-type door body 5; a guide member 8 provided to the door body 5 along the arc trajectory; a transmission belt 10 linked with the guide member 8 along the outer peripheral surface of the guide member 8; and an electric switch 12 provided with a drive sprocket 15 for opening/closing the door body 5 by moving the transmission belt 10 left and right, in which drive sprockets, etc. are capable of arranged in a lightweight and compact state.SOLUTION: A drive sprocket 15 is placed between the guide member 8 and the facing transmission belt 10 facing away from guide member 8, and at the opposite side of drive sprocket 15 from guide member 8, the transmission belt 10 is tangentially suspended on both the left and right sides.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】円弧軌跡の移動案内をするガイドレール7と、円弧形状をしたハンガー式のドア体5と、前記円弧軌跡に沿う状態でドア体5に設けられるガイド部材8と、該ガイド部材8の外周面に沿う状態でガイド部材8に連結される設けられる伝動ベルト10と、該伝動ベルト10を左右移動させてドア体5の開閉を行うための駆動スプロケット15が設けられた電動式の開閉機12とを備えた電動式の円弧状ドア装置において、軽量コンパクト化した状態で駆動スプロケット等の配設ができるようにする。【解決手段】駆動スプロケット15を、ガイド部材8とは離間する対向状態でガイド部材8と伝動ベルト10との対向間に配して、駆動スプロケット15のガイド部材8とは反対側部位に、伝動ベルト10が左右両側に向けて接線状態で懸回された構成にする。【選択図】図2
