SUCTION WORK VEHICLE AND METHOD FOR PROTECTING VACUUM POMP OF SUCTION WORK VEHICLE
To provide a suction work vehicle capable of protecting a vacuum pump by automatically suppressing damage or seizure of the vacuum pump during suction work.SOLUTION: A suction work vehicle A comprises: a main tank 1; a first feed path that is connected from the main tank 1 to the vacuum pump 5 and has a control valve V2 in a pass; a second supply channel through the vacuum pump 5 for circulating cooling water, that has a control valve V4 in the pass; a sub-tank 3 and a cooling tank 4 that have sensors S1, S2 for monitoring a flow rate or liquid level of a fluid passing through each feed path in the first feed path or the second feed path ; a dump mechanism part that tilts the main tank 1 to discharge gravity; a control part that stops the suction work when the flow rate or liquid level of the fluid passing through each feed path changes in a sense that it causes a malfunction in the vacuum pump; and an operation part that can switch a mode of each work by operating each control valve V1, V2, V3, V4 of each feed path.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】吸引作業中の真空ポンプの破損や焼き付きを自動的に抑止して、真空ポンプを保護することができる吸引作業車を提供する。【解決手段】吸引作業車Aは、メインタンク1と、メインタンク1から真空ポンプ5に繋がり、経路中に制御バルブV2を有する第一の送給経路と、真空ポンプ5を通り、経路中に制御バルブV4を有する、冷却水を循環させる第二の送給経路と、第一の送給経路又は第二の送給経路に、各送給経路を通る流体の流量又は液位を監視するセンサS1、S2を有するサブタンク3、冷却水タンク4と、メインタンク1を傾けて、重力排出を行うダンプ機構部と、各送給経路を通る流体の流量又は液位が真空ポンプに不具合を生じる意味の変化をしたときに吸引作業を停止する制御部と、各送給経路の各制御バルブV1、V2、V3、V4を操作して各作業のモード切り替えが可能な操作部とを備える。【選択図】図8
