METHOD FOR PRODUCING CEMENT-CONTAINING HYGROSCOPIC MATERIAL
To acquire performance that, in a hygroscopic material to be mixed into a housing wall material or the like, incombustibility and corrosiveness are low, a moisture absorption amount is large and a moisture absorption rate is slow.SOLUTION: Organic compound-mixed cement-based material granules are compressed and are molded into an arbitrary shape, and thereafter, the same is heat-treated while feeding a supporting gas thereto, thus, not only an organic compound included in the molded article of the compressed granules can be burnt away, but also, by the formation of gaps at the inside of the molded article of the compressed granules, the holding amount of moisture can be increased. Further, by the compression of the cement-based material granules, bulk density increases, thus, comparing with a case where only the cement-based material granules are heat-treated, the moisture absorption amount per volume increases as well.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】 住宅壁材などに混練される吸湿材には不燃性、腐食性が低い、吸湿量が多い、吸湿速度は緩やかといった性能が希求されている。【解決手段】 有機化合物が混合されたセメント系材料粉粒体を圧縮し、任意の形状に成形した後、助燃性ガスを供給しながら熱処理することで、圧縮粉粒体の成形品中に含有される有機化合物を燃焼除去できるだけでなく、圧縮粉粒体の成形品の内部に空隙が形成されることにより水分保持量を増加できることを見出した。また、セメント系材料粉粒体を圧縮することで嵩密度が増大するため、単にセメント系材料粉粒体を熱処理した場合と比較して体積当たりの吸湿量も増加することを見出した。【選択図】なし
