To provide a thermometer installed at a door in which a risk of infection expansion is eliminated in the measurement, and the presence or absence of fever can simply be verified.SOLUTION: A thermometer (thermometer 1) installed at a door includes: a temperature detection unit for detecting an outside temperature; a temperature sensor for detecting the temperature of a subject by non-contact; a mounting unit 16 for installing a main body at the door; an alarm unit (light emitting unit, an utterance unit) for reporting an alarm; and a control unit for correcting the temperature of a forehead of the subject detected by the temperature sensor on the basis of a pre-set distance (distance for correction) between the forehead of the subject when the subject has an arm on a doorknob and the main body and the outside temperature detected by the temperature detection unit, to thereby find an estimated body temperature, and reporting an alarm when determined that the estimated body temperature exceeds a first threshold value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
