DOOR INSTALLATION METHOD BY REMODELING
To allow a high door, which is floor-to-ceiling in height, to be installed efficiently and in a very short period of time during remodeling.SOLUTION: A door tip side backing vertical frame 4a, a suspension side backing vertical frame 4b, and door stoppers 6a and 6b attached to these backing vertical frames, which are portions to be attached with a door, are manufactured to dimensions larger than the dimensions in the general height direction from a floor to a ceiling; thereafter, these members are carried into a mounting site of a door at appropriate time; measurements are made as to accurate dimensions after relining work or the like of the floor and the ceiling, and each member is cut off so as to match the measured dimensions at the mounting site; each of the backing vertical frames 4a and 4b is mounted on a wall backing 2 of an opening part A for mounting the door in a wall, and cloth 8 is stuck to the outer periphery of the wall backing 2 and the backing vertical frames 4a and 4b; furthermore, door stoppers 6a and 6b are attached to the respective backing vertical frames 4a and 4b; thereafter, the dimension in the height direction from the floor to the ceiling and the dimension between the backing vertical frames 4a and 4b are measured to manufacture the door 9; and this is suspended on the backing vertical frames 4a and 4b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 高さの高い、床から天井までその高さがあるハイドアを、リフォーム時において効率よく、極短期間で取り付けることができるようにする。【解決手段】 取り付ける部分の一般的な床から天井までの高さ方向の寸法よりも余裕を持った大きな寸法となした戸先側及び吊元側の下地縦枠４ａ、４ｂ及びこれら下地縦枠に取り付ける戸当り６ａ、６ｂを製作し、その後適時にこれらをドアの取付現場に搬入し、床や天井の張り替え作業等の後の正確な寸法を測定し、現場において各部材を採寸した寸法に合わせるべく切除し、各下地縦枠４ａ、４ｂを、壁におけるドアを取り付ける開口部Ａの壁下地２に取付けると共に、壁下地２と下地縦枠４ａ、４ｂの外周にクロス８を貼り、更に各下地縦枠４ａ、４ｂに戸当り６ａ、６ｂを取り付け、その後床から天井までの高さ方向の寸法と下地縦枠４ａ、４ｂ間の寸法を測定して戸９を製作し、これを下地縦枠４ａ、４ｂに吊り込む。【選択図】 図２
