LOAD-BEARING COLUMN UNIT, IMPROVED WOODEN FRAME STRUCTURE INCORPORATING SUCH LOAD-BEARING COLUMN UNIT, AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREFOR
To provide a new and useful load-bearing column unit that can ensure strength while maintaining design freedom, and can simplify on-site work by taking advantage of unitization to enable factory production of even exterior finishing materials.SOLUTION: A load-bearing column unit is formed by wrapping a framework structure with vertical members 3a, 3b, 3c and horizontal members 5, 7 with structural plywood to make it load-bearing one and including the horizontal member 7, which corresponds to a horizontal brace beam member. By having the column side function as a load-bearing wall and making it a unit, it is possible to guarantee the strength while ensuring freedom of design. In addition, production at the factory is made possible, including exterior finish materials. Furthermore, a top surface of a corner shelf section is used as a loading surface, so that beams can be dropped in from the top and joined by stacking them.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】設計の自由度を確保しつつ、強度の担保を可能にし、更には、ユニット化の利点を生かして外装仕上げ材まで工場生産を可能とすることで、現場での作業を単純化できる、新規且つ有用な耐力柱ユニットを提供する。【解決手段】耐力柱ユニットは垂直材3a、3b、3cと水平材5、7とで構成した骨組み構造を、構造用合板で包んで耐力化すると共に、火打ち梁材に相当する水平材7を含めて包むことで形成されている。柱側に耐力壁としての機能を備えさせてユニット化することにより、設計の自由度を確保しつつ、強度の担保を可能とする。また、外装仕上げ材を含めて工場生産可能である。更に、コーナー棚部の上面が載置面として利用されるので梁を上側から落とし込んで積み上げることで接合できる。【選択図】図2
