To provide a wooden house which can be surely floated in a horizontal state by a force of water such as flood of a flooded river.SOLUTION: A plurality of vertical columns 7 are installed so as to surround a wooden house, an underfloor buoyancy chamber formed of an underfloor buoyancy member 25 is installed in an underfloor space so as to be integrated with a base 11, a plurality of stainless underfloor vent holes 3 are installed on the outer surface of base concrete 9, a heat insulation opening/closing lid opened/closed by a force of water such as flood is mounted on the inner surface of the base concrete facing the stainless underfloor vent holes, intervals between the vertical columns placed opposite to the outer wall surface of the wooden house are made substantially equal, guide metal fittings 30 for loosely inserting the vertical columns to the outer wall surface of the wooden house are mounted on the vertical columns, and the wooden house is floated onto a water surface in a substantially horizontal state by a force of water such as flood.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】氾濫した河川の洪水等の水の力で水平状態を保った状態で確実に浮き上がらせることができる木造住宅を提供する。【解決手段】木造住宅を囲うように複数本の垂直柱7を建て、床下の内部に床下浮力部材25で形成した床下浮力室を土台11と一体になるように構築し、基礎コンクリート9の外面に複数個のステンレス製床下通気口3を設置すると共に、ステンレス製床下通気口と相対する基礎コンクリートの内面に洪水等の水の力により開閉する断熱開閉フタを取り付け、木造住宅の外壁面と対置する垂直柱との間を概ね等間隔になるように構成し、木造住宅の外壁面に垂直柱を緩く挿入することができるガイド金具30を取り付け、洪水等の水の力により、概ね水平状態を保った状態で木造住宅を水面に浮上させるようにした。【選択図】図5
