To provide a double-floor structure that has a small number of parts, is low in cost, has the required strength to enable stable installation of each device, and can easily change the layout of each device.SOLUTION: A double-floor structure 1 includes a plurality of support legs 2 erected on a floor slab 100, a panel pedestal 3 screwed and fixed to the support legs 2, and a floor panel 4 erected on the panel pedestal 3. The panel pedestal 3 is made of steel and has a nut portion 32 for screwing and fixing the floor panel 4. The lower end of the support leg 2 is fastened to the floor slab 100 with an anchor bolt 50. The floor panel 4 is formed of aluminum die-cast and a device 200 installed on the floor panel 4 is directly fastened to the floor panel so that the space between the device 200 and the floor slab 100 is in a tightly connected state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
