LIQUID DISCOLORATION AND LIGHT-SHIELDING CURTAIN
To produce a transparent, translucent, or opaque effect on a glass product by replacing liquid and gas.SOLUTION: With respect to an intermediate layer of clear acrylic 12, circular cavities 3, 4 with a radius of 20 mm is provided, and the intermediate layer is half the volume of the circular cavities. A member 5 is inserted into half of the circular cavities 3 and 4, the circular cavity 3 is air-tight and the circular cavity 4 is filled with liquid. After combination with a member 7, positions of the circular cavity 3, the circular cavity 4, the member 5, and a gear 6 are fixed, and by moving the gear 6 counterclockwise, the member 5 advances in a direction of the circular cavity 3, and air pressure is applied from a member 2, and the liquid is pushed back in a direction of liquid inflow. Simultaneously, by moving the gear 6 counterclockwise, liquid injected from the liquid inflow portion is sucked. By moving the gear 6 clockwise, liquid is injected and gas is drawn from the member 2. A system capable of repeatedly utilizing transparent to opaque, in which liquid is injected into the intermediate layer of the clear acrylic 12, transparent to translucent or opaque depending on the color of the liquid, and a gas is injected from the member 2 to completely clear the liquid from the clear acrylic 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ガラス製品に対して、液体と気体の入れ替えをする事で透明または半透明、不透明の効果をもたらす。【解決手段】クリアアクリル12の中間層に対して、半径20mmの円形空洞3,4をもうけ、中間層が円形空洞の半分の体積である。5を3と4の半分の位置まで挿入し、3には空気を密閉し、4には液体を注入する。7と合体して3、4、5、6の位置を固定し、6を反時計回りに動かす事で5が3の方向に進み2から空圧がかかり液体は液体流入部分方向に押し戻される。同時にギア6を反時計まわりに動かす事で液体流入部分から注入した液体を吸い取る。6を時計回りに動かす事で、液体が注入され、2から気体が吸い出される。12の中間層に液体を注入し、液体の色によって透明から半透明または不透明になり、気体を2から注入して液体が完全にクリアアクリル12の間から抜けることで透明に戻る、透明から不透明を繰り返し利用できるシステム。【選択図】図1
