To easily recover sludge in ground improvement.SOLUTION: A ground improvement device for injecting a solidification material into the ground from a rotary injection pipe 310 and establishing an improvement body by a high pressure injection agitation method includes: a seal pipe 210 provided so that its outer peripheral surface is brought into close contact with the ground; and a sludge liquid sending pipe connection part 211 that has a rotary injection pipe insertion hole to which the rotary injection pipe 310 is inserted in a sealed state provided on its upper part, is connected to the upper part of the seal pipe 210, is connected with a sludge liquid feeding pipe 212, and supplies the sludge rising in the seal pipe 210 in the sealed state to the sludge liquid feeding pipe 212.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
