FLOOR SLAB TEMPORARY RECEIVING APPARATUS AND FLOOR SLAB REPLACEMENT METHOD USING FLOOR SLAB TEMPORARY RECEIVING APPARATUS
To improve an efficiency of renewal work by replacing an existing floor slab installed on a road bridge with a new floor slab.SOLUTION: A floor slab temporary receiving apparatus used in a floor slab replacement method that replaces an existing floor slab with a new precast concrete floor slab for divided part by providing the existing floor slab installed on a main girder with at least one cutting line dividing a cross-sectional surface into the plurality of parts, includes temporary transverse members disposed so as to intersect with the cutting line and supported by the main girder, a temporary receiving member disposed on the temporary transverse members in pairs with the cutting line therebetween and supporting the existing floor slab provided with the cutting line or the new floor slab, and a height adjustment member provided on an upper surface side or a lower surface side of the temporary receiving member. A plurality of the temporary transverse members are disposed at an interval in a bridge axis direction, and the temporary receiving member is formed in a module having a member length in the bridge axis direction corresponding the disposition interval of the temporary transverse members.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】道路橋に設けられた既設床版を新設床版に取り替える更新工事の効率化を図ることである。【解決手段】主桁上に設置された既設床版に、横断面を複数に分割する切断線を少なくとも1本以上設け、分割した断面分ごとに、前記既存床版をプレキャストコンクリート造の新設床版に取替える床版取替え工法に用いる床版仮受け装置であって、前記切断線と交差するように配置されるとともに前記主桁に支持される仮横部材と、前記切断線を挟んで対をなして前記仮横部材上に配置され、切断線が設けられた前記既設床版もしくは前記新設床版を支持する仮受け部材と、該仮受け部材の上面側もしくは下面側に設けられる高さ調整部材と、を備え、前記仮横部材は、橋軸方向に間隔を設けて複数配置され、前記仮受け部材は、橋軸方向の部材長が前記仮横部材の配置間隔に対応したモジュールに形成されている。【選択図】図3
