To provide a watching system for enabling a user him/herself to easily select a rescue request destination.SOLUTION: A watching system 10 includes: a smart ring 12 mounted on a finger of a hand 2 of an aged person 4, so as to acquire biological information of the aged person 4 and to recognize a fingerprint of a different finger when the different finger is brought into contact; a smart lock section 14 for locking/unlocking an entrance door of a house in which the aged person 4 lives; a wireless repeater 16 for forming a wireless communication network throughout inside the house; and a control section 18 for performing communication with the smart ring 12 and the smart lock section 14, using the wireless communication network. The control section 18 performs: determining whether or not the aged person 4 needs rescue based on the biological information; selecting a rescue request destination of the aged person 4 based on a fingerprint recognition pattern of the smart ring 12 when the rescue is determined to be needed; and unlocking the smart lock section 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ユーザ自身が簡単に救助要請先を選択することを可能とする見守りシステムを提供することである。【解決手段】見守りシステム１０は、高齢者４の手２の指に装着されて高齢者４の生体情報を取得し、別の指が接触して別の指の指紋を認識可能なスマートリング部１２と、高齢者４が居住する建屋の玄関扉を施錠又は解錠するスマートロック部１４と、建屋内に無線通信網を張り巡らせるための無線中継器部１６と、無線通信網を用いてスマートリング部１２及びスマートロック部１４との通信を行う制御部１８と、を備え、制御部１８は、生体情報に基づいて、高齢者４が救助を必要とするか否かを判定し、救助が必要であると判断されたときに、スマートリング部１２の指紋認識パターンに基づいて、高齢者４の救助要請先を選択し、スマートロック部１４を解錠することを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
