To provide a stair part structure with a study corner enabling a child to naturally acquire a habit of tidying up and efficiently learn.SOLUTION: A stair part structure 1 with a study corner has: a stair consisting of a first stair part 31 extending in a straight line in a plan view; an intermediate part 32 extending from an upper floor side end part 31a of the first stair part 31 in a direction orthogonal to the first stair part 31, and a second stair part 33 extending from an end part 32a of the intermediate part 32 opposite to the first stair part 31 side to substantially parallel to the first stair part 31 and in the direction of an ascending opening 31b of the first stair part 31; a study corner 2 formed by extending a first landing 31a formed in the first stair part 31 to an open ceiling space 8 formed between the first stair part 31 and the second stair part 33; a storage space 5 formed below the second stair part 33; and a storage shelf 6 installed between a study corner 4 and the storage space 5, and the storage shelf 6 communicates the study corner 4 with the storage space 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】 子供が自然と片付けの習慣を身に着けることができるとともに、効率よく学習が行えるスタディコーナー付き階段部構造を提供する。【解決手段】スタディコーナー付き階段部構造１は、平面視一直線状に延びる第１階段部３１と、当該第１階段部３１の上階側の端部３１ａから、第１階段部３１に直交する方向へ延びる中間部３２と、当該中間部３２の第１階段部３１側と反対側の端部３２ａから第１階段部３１と略平行、且つ、第１階段部３１の登り口３１ｂの方向へ延びる第２階段部３３と、を有する階段と、第１階段部３１に形成される第１踊り場３１ａを、第１階段部３１と第２階段部３３との間に形成される吹抜け空間８へ延設してなるスタディコーナー２と、第２階段部３３の下方に形成される収納スペース５と、スタディコーナー４と収納スペース５との間に設置される収納棚６と、を備え、収納棚６は、スタディコーナー４と収納スペース５とを連通している。【選択図】図３
