To provide a construction method of an erosion control dam which can improve the quality of a soil cement material used in an erosion control dam construction by an erosion control soil cement construction method, and which can achieve further promotion of zero emission of the erosion control dam construction by the erosion control soil cement construction method.SOLUTION: Cement milk or cement is inputted with water, sediment generated at a construction site having the size that can generate a paste-like primary admixture 1 by mixture and agitation is inputted into the inputted material and it is mixed and agitated, and a paste-like primary admixture 1 is generated. Then, in the paste-like primary admixture 1, the sediment generated at a construction site having the size that can generate the paste-like primary admixture 1 by mixture and agitation is inputted as a volume input amount of equal to or less than 50% of the volume of the primary mixture 1, they are mingled, and a secondary admixture 3 is generated. 【課題】本発明は、砂防ソイルセメント工法による砂防堰堤構築に使用されるソイルセメント材のさらなる品質向上、また砂防ソイルセメント工法による砂防堰堤構築のゼロエミッション化のより一層の推進が達成できる砂防堰堤の構築方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、セメントミルクまたはセメントと水を投入すると共に、該投入物にペースト状をなす一次混合材1が混合撹拌により生成できる大きさの現地発生土砂を投入して混合撹拌し、ペースト状をなす一次混合材1を生成し、次いで、前記ペースト状をなす一次混合材1に、ペースト状をなす一次混合材1が混合撹拌により生成不可な大きさの現地発生土砂を前記一次混合材1の体積の50%以下の体積投入量にして投入し、絡ませて二次混合材3を生成し、生成した二次混合材を型枠4で囲まれた砂防堰堤設置個所に打設したことを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
