To provide a smoking facility capable of protecting a privacy of a smoker and easily finding an abnormality in the unmanned facility from outside easily.SOLUTION: A smoking facility 100 comprises: a light control sheet 21 having a lighting control area 23 in which a light transmittance is changed according to an applied voltage, and arranged at a transparent area of a lateral wall part 11 of the smoking facility 100; a control part 22 controlling a switchover of a first state in which the light control area 23 is transparent and a second state in which the light control area 23 is opaque relative to the light control area 23; and a detection part 30 detecting whether or not a user is present in the smoking facility 100. When the detection part 30 detects the presence of the user, the control part 22 switches the light control area 23 in the first state to the second state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
