To provide a padlock that has a decoding function and can recover lost code when unlocked by a key.SOLUTION: The padlock includes a lock body, a combination mechanism that controls the movement of a cam spindle 80 in the vertical direction, a key mechanism that controls the movement of the cam spindle 80 in the rotational direction, and more than one clutch 90 attached to the cam spindle 80 to control the longitudinal movement of the cam spindle 80. The cam spindle 80 is configured to control the locking and unlocking of the combination mechanism. More than one dial is installed inside the lock body.
