CARRYING DEVICE, CARRYING DEVICE OF TOWER-LIKE STRUCTURE AND CARRYING/TEMPORARY PLACING METHOD
To provide a carrying device and a temporary placing method for carrying safely a tower-like structure such as a transition piece 2, using a multi-shaft carriage 10.SOLUTION: A frame 20 is placed on a multi-shaft carriage 10 having a load carrying platform lifting jack, and a transition piece 2 is placed thereon in a standing state. The frame 20 is constituted including a receiving base 21 (a lower receiver 21a and an upper receiver 21b) mountable on the multi-shaft carriage 10, a fixing pedestal 22 fixed on a central upper face of the receiving base 21 and allowing fixing of a lower end part of the transition piece 2, and a pair of installation leg parts 30, 30 fixed to lower faces of both end parts of the receiving base 21. The multi-shaft carriage 10 can enter between the pair of the installation leg parts 30, 30 of the frame 20 in a jack-down state, and in a jack-up state, can carry the transition piece 2 by lifting up the frame 20 and by floating up the installation leg parts 30, 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】 トランジッションピース2などの塔状構造物を多軸台車10を用いて安全に運搬し、仮置きする。【解決手段】 荷台昇降用ジャッキを備える多軸台車10に、架台20を載置し、その上にトランジッションピース2を立てた状態で載置する。架台20は、多軸台車10に載置可能な受台21(下段受材21a及び上段受材21b)と、受台21の中央部上面に固定されて、トランジッションピース2の下端部を固定可能な固定台座22と、受台21の両端部下面に固定された一対の設置用脚部30、30と、を含んで構成される。多軸台車10は、ジャッキダウン状態で、架台20の一対の設置用脚部30、30間に進入可能であり、ジャッキアップ状態で、架台20を持ち上げ、設置用脚部30、30を浮かせた状態で、トランジッションピース2を運搬可能である。【選択図】 図3
