To provide a wall-mounted toilet bowl fitting device that can avoid interference between an operation panel provided on a wall located on the back side of a wall-mounted toilet bowl and a toilet lid.SOLUTION: A wall-mounted toilet bowl fitting device according to an embodiment is arranged in a space behind the wall of a toilet room to fix the wall-mounted toilet bowl to the wall and comprises: a frame that is erected in the space behind the wall; a tank that is supported by the frame; and a tank device that is installed on the front of the tank, includes an operation panel that is exposed to the toilet room through the wall, and supplies water stored in the tank to the wall-mounted toilet bowl according to operation on the operation panel, wherein the frame has multiple columns that extend vertically and support the tank at a higher position than that of the wall-mounted toilet bowl, and a beam that connects the columns at a position lower than that of the tank and to which the rear end of the wall-mounted toilet bowl is fixed via the wall, and each column has a height adjusting part that adjusts the vertical length of the column between a portion where the tank is fixed and the portion where the beam is fixed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
