To provide an evacuation device from a flooding with high evacuation efficiency in which many persons can evacuate.SOLUTION: An evacuation device includes a column 1, a plurality of sliders 2, a plurality of ropes 3, and a plurality of evacuation ships 4. A base portion 1a of the column 1 is fixed at an installation place so as to extend in a vertical direction. Each slider 2 has a specific gravity that is smaller than 1, and is provided so as to be slidable in a column length direction with respect to each column 1. One end of each rope 3 is attached to each slider 2. Each evacuation ship 4 can be folded and is attached to the other end of each rope 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
