To provide a cylinder mounting attachment that can attach an electronic lock to a thumb turn even when it has a different shape from the thumb turn to which an electronic lock can be mounted.SOLUTION: The cylinder mounting attachment includes a cylinder attachment/detachment portion 6 provided on the indoor side of the door and detachable/attachable from/to a cylinder provided on the outdoor side of the door, and a knob portion 7 connected to the indoor side of the cylinder attachment/detachment portion 6. The knob portion 7 has a knob body 71 that can be rotated to switch between locking and unlocking, and a knob support portion 72 that is connected to the cylinder attachment/detachment portion 6 and rotatably supports the knob body 71. The knob support portion 72 has a columnar portion 721 that is formed in a columnar shape extending in the direction orthogonal to the door and is circular when viewed from the direction orthogonal to the door, and a long pillar portion 722 that has a long shape extending downward from the columnar portion 721 when viewed from the direction orthogonal to the door. The long pillar portion 722 is located below the central axis of the columnar portion 721, and its width dimension is smaller than the diameter of the columnar portion 721.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
