JOINERY
To provide a joinery capable of blocking a flow path of water to the indoors to ensure watertightness equivalent to that of the conventional inner bead specification, and also capable of preventing light leakage while enabling the construction of glass panels from indoors and outdoors.SOLUTION: A joinery is provided with a composite frame 2 provided in the opening and framed on all sides, a double glazing 3 housed in the composite frame 2, a packing material 9 provided on a peripheral edge of the double glazing 3, and a glass holding portion that presses the double glazing 3 in the indoor/outdoor direction via the packing material 9, in which the upper frame outer glass holding portion 14 and the upper frame inner glass holding portion 15 of an upper frame 10 of the composite frame 2 are constituted so that the heights of lower ends 14a and 15b facing the opening side of the composite frame 2 in the vertical direction Y of the upper frame outer glass holding portion 14 and the upper frame inner glass holding portion 15 are different indoors and outdoors.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】屋内外からのガラスパネルの施工を可能としつつ、水の屋内への吹き込み経路を遮断して従来の内押縁仕様のものと同等の水密性を確保することができるうえ、光漏れも防止できる建具を提供する。【解決手段】開口部に設けられ四方を枠組みした複合枠2と、複合枠2に納められた複層ガラス3と、複層ガラス3の周縁部に設けられたパッキン材9と、パッキン材9を介して複層ガラス3を屋内外方向に押圧するガラス保持部と、を備え、複合枠2の上枠10の上枠外ガラス保持部14と上枠内ガラス保持部15は、上枠外ガラス保持部14と上枠内ガラス保持部15それぞれの上下方向Yで複合枠2の開口側を向く下端14a、15bの高さが屋内外で異なる構成とした。【選択図】図3
