To obtain a fast-hardening concrete having good fluidity by using a powdery polycarboxylic acid-based water reducing agent with good solubility even in the case of post-addition.SOLUTION: The fast-hardening concrete contains at least a fast-curing admixture and the powdery polycarboxylic acid-based water reducing agent having a particle content of 5 to 30 vol.% of a particle size 21 μm or less, and a particle content of 10 to 40 vol.% of a particle size of 181 μm or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
