LAMINATION SPRING TYPE TORQUE HINGE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE LAMINATION SPRING TYPE TORQUE HINGE
To provide a lamination spring type torque hinge in which a sufficient amount of a lubricant is enclosed between an inner peripheral edge of a plate spring and a connection shaft and leakage of the enclosed lubricant is prevented.SOLUTION: A lamination spring type torque hinge 2 includes: a connection shaft 4 which rotatably connects a first member with a second member; three or more plate springs 6 which are laminated and into which the connection shaft 4 is press-fitted; and a rotation prevention member 8 which prevents rotation of at least a part of the plate springs 6. Recessed parts 6a recessed to the radial outer side are formed at an inner peripheral edge of at least parts of each plate spring 6 at intervals in a circumferential direction. A space between each recessed part 6a and an outer peripheral surface of the connection shaft 4 is filled with a lubricant. The recessed parts 6a of the plate springs 6 which exclude the plate springs 6 at both axial side end parts are closed by the plate springs 6 at both axial side end parts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
