ROCK BOLT INSTALLATION METHOD
To provide a rock bolt installation method allowing joint operation of a rock bolt to be reduced in man power.SOLUTION: A rock bolt installation method includes preparation of a first bolt 1 having a male screwed part in a rope screw type at least at a rear end part, preparation of an end bolt having a female screwed part in a rope screw type at least at a tip part, and preparation of a driving machine configured to be connectable to a rear end part of each of the first bolt and the end bolt and enable transmission of rotation force and striking force to the respective bolts. The first bolt is installed in a drilled hole as advancing the driving machine jointed with the rear end of the first bolt toward the drilled hole after the drilled hole is drilled in the natural ground. The driving machine is retreated from the drilled hole after releasing a joint between the driving machine and the first bolt. The female screwed part of the end bolt is screwed to the male screwed part of the first bolt by jointing the rear end part of the end bolt with the driving machine and advancing the driving machine toward the drilled hole, and further, the first bolt and the end bolt are further driven by advancing the driving machine toward the drilled hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】ロックボルトの連結作業を省力化することができるロックボルトの施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】少なくとも後端部にロープねじ状の雄ねじ部を有する先頭ボルト1及び少なくとも前端部にロープねじ状の雌ねじ部を有する末端ボルトを準備し、先頭及び末端ボルトの後端部に連結可能に構成され、各ボルトに回転力と打撃力を伝達可能な打設機を準備する。地山に削孔を形成した後、先頭ボルトの後端部を連結した打設機を削孔に向かって前進させつつ、先頭ボルトを削孔に打設する。打設機と先頭ボルトとの連結を解除した後、打設機を削孔から後退させる。削孔と打設機との間で、打設機に末端ボルトの後端部を連結し、打設機を削孔に向かって前進させることで、先頭ボルトの雄ねじ部に末端ボルトの雌ねじ部を螺合させ、さらに打設機を削孔に向かって前進させることで、先頭及び末端ボルトを削孔にさらに打設する各ステップを備えた、ロックボルトの施工方法。【選択図】図8
