MOUNTING STRUCTURE OF GRATING LID ON RESIN TROUGH BODY, TROUGH LINE, METHOD FOR FORMING TROUGH LINE, AND GRATING LID
To provide a mounting structure of a grating lid on a trough body, a trough line, a method for forming a trough line, and a grating lid, having excellent handleability, and excellent load resistance.SOLUTION: In a mounting structure 1 of a grating lid on a trough body, the resin trough body 3 has an approximately U-shaped cross-sectional shape having a bottom portion 9 and side portions 7 on both sides. An external surface of each of the side portions 7 on both sides of the trough body 3 with a predetermined length is formed with vertical ribs 11 for reinforcement with a predetermined interval. In addition, Each of vicinities of fore and aft ends of the trough body 3 is formed with a horizontal rib 13 so as to connect the two vertical ribs 11. A pair of L-shaped members 23 are fixed with bolts to fixing metal fittings 19 mounted to the horizontal ribs 13, to form an accommodation space in which the grating lid 5 is accommodated. The grating lid 5 is accommodated in the accommodation space, and the grating lid 5 is fixed to a bolt fixing part being a mounting hole 25b formed on a horizontal surface of the L-shaped member 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】取り扱い性に優れ、耐荷重性にも優れるトラフ本体へのグレーチング蓋の取付け構造、トラフ線路、トラフ線路の形成方法及びグレーチング蓋を提供する。【解決手段】トラフ本体へのグレーチング蓋の取付け構造１において、樹脂製のトラフ本体３は、底部９と両側に側部７を有する略Ｕ字型の断面形状を有している。所定長さのトラフ本体３の両側の側部７の外面には、所定間隔で補強用の縦リブ１１が形成される。また、トラフ本体３の先後端近傍において、２本の縦リブ１１を繋ぐように、横リブ１３が形成される。一対のＬ字部材２３が、横リブ１３に取り付けられた固定金具１９にボルト固定されることで、グレーチング蓋５が収容される収容空間が形成される。この収容空間にグレーチング蓋５が収容され、Ｌ字部材２３の水平面に形成された取付け孔２５ｂであるボルト固定部にグレーチング蓋５を固定する。【選択図】図１
