DEVICE FOR PREVENTING EXCESSIVE FASTENING OF FORMWORK FASTENING ROD ATTACHED WITH SINGLE PIPE FALL PREVENTION METAL FITTING IN FORMWORK CONSTRUCTION
To prevent a fall of a single pipe to enable a single worker to perform a formwork construction, in a formwork construction.SOLUTION: To a member 1 for preventing excessive fastening, a fall prevention metal fitting 21 of a single pipe 20a which is mounted on an outside half peripheral face portion from a bottom portion of the single pipe 20a to be installed at a lower position to hold, and which is made of steel wire materials is mounted so as to freely rotate. The fall prevention metal fitting 21 is formed such that steel wire materials are bent with an interval to be folded into two parts and to make a tip portion a bent portion 22, each base portion side is respectively bent inward at a right angle to become rotation shafts 24 that are pivotally mounted in insertion holes 23 respectively formed at upper portions of outside faces at one side of front/rear side plates 2, 3 of the member 1 for preventing excessive fastening so as to freely rotate, and semicircular bent recessed portions 25 that are mounted on an outside half peripheral face portion from a bottom portion of the single pipe 20a to hold are recessed at a near side of the bent portion 22 of the tip portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】型枠工事において、単管パイプの落下を阻止して、型枠工事が一人の作業員でもできるようにする。【解決手段】締付け過ぎ防止部材１に、下方位置に設置しようとする単管パイプ２０ａの底部から外側の半周面部に装着して保持する鋼鉄線材より成る単管パイプ２０ａの落下防止金具２１をｗ回動自在に装着すると共に、前記落下防止金具２１は、鋼鉄線条を間隔を有して湾曲して２つ折りとして、先端部を湾曲部２２とすると共に、各基部側をそれぞれ内側に直角に折曲して、前記締付け過ぎ防止部材１の前・後側板２・３の一方側外側面上方部にそれぞれ形成された挿入孔２３に回動自在に軸装する回動軸２４とする一方、前記先端部の湾曲部２２の手前側に、前記単管パイプ２０ａの底部から外側の半周面部に装着して保持する半円状の湾曲凹部２５を凹設して形成されている。【選択図】図５
