To provide a glass material having a metal film such as Low-E film and heat ray reflection film, with mirroring suppressed at night while securing high visibility..SOLUTION: A glass material includes a plurality of glass substrates disposed to face each other with a space therebetween. On at least two surfaces of the glass substrates, a transparent metal film and a fine uneven surface layer are disposed, respectively. The fine uneven surface layer has a maximum height Rz of the uneven surface of 0.8 μm or more, and an average inclination angle θ of protrusions of 5° or more and 20° or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
【課題】Ｌｏｗ－Ｅ膜や熱線反射膜等の金属膜を備えるガラス材において、高い眺望性が保持されつつ、夜間のミラー化が抑制されたガラス材の提供。【解決手段】複数枚のガラス基板が間隔を空けて対向配置されたガラス材であって、前記複数枚のガラス基板の少なくとも２つの表面上に、透明金属膜と微細凹凸層とをそれぞれ備え、前記微細凹凸層は、凹凸表面の最大高さＲｚが０．８μｍ以上であり、且つ、凸部の平均傾斜角θが５°以上２０°以下である、ことを特徴とする、ガラス材。【選択図】図１Ａ
